No, you cannot tag notes so that part of them stays private, but you can
make a new fact, call it Private or Confidential or whatever you want, and
uncheck all the places for it to be used so that it never prints out
anywhere. Put all your Private notes in that facts notes and no one but
you will ever see them.
I dont know how Moxilla is set up, but with Outlook Express, I have buttons
for new mail, reply and reply to all. If I want to send an original
message to the list, I use the new mail button, then, I have to enter an
address ( <> ), which I have in my
address book, and an appropriate subject line. Another way would be to
Reply to all, and erase the personal address and change the subject line.
New York? Hummm, I went around the block so long ago that I forgot where it
came from, but its funny, I have never been as far East as Chicago.
