Al,

I have FOW 6, FOW 9 and FOW 10 on my computer. I did a search for
"Aqueduct.*" and found an Aqueduct.DLL in the directory where each is
installed. Both 9's and 10's have the same size(97,762 bytes) and modified
date (2/2/2000 12:58:44PM). Version 6's is smaller and was modified earlier.

There was no aqueduct.txt file anywhere.

Does that tell you anything?
