When I saw that Belfield middle name I knew we must have a connection. I
actually follow the FRANKLIN AND ALLISON lines, but I branch out and include
all the distant relatives and inlaws.

Do you see a connection to this family with child, James Belfield

Featherston, was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and during her growing up
years was good friends with the wife of Robert E. Lee. I can remember
seeing a tin-type picture of these two young ladied that was taken in
Mississippi.
