"At St. Duastan's, in the West of London, Albany Featherstone*, in 1543,
married Lucy Dudley, sister of John Dudley, of Stoke Newingtonton. Cuthbert
Featherstone*, of Stanhope, Co. Durham, gent., died in Chancery Lane, 10th
Dec., 1615, aged 78. Ralph Featherstone*, gent., of Chancery Lane, was buried
there in 1631."

*Note this extract indicates that Albany Featherstonehaugh dropped the
"haugh" from his name sometime after he married Lucy Dudley. Note that
Cuthbert and Ralph's names also appear without the "haugh." ??
