I'm just starting this research stuff myself. My name is Connie Featherstone
Jones. I'm researching my fathers name (FEATHERSTONE), and my mother's
maiden name which is (BATES). I'm checking out England, and Scotland. I
have ancestors from both of those countries, I know that much for sure. My
gggrandfather on the FEATHERSTONE side was born in England. His name was
Daniel Featherstone. And my gggrandmother on the FEATHERSTONE side was born
in Scotland. Her name was Janette (Janet) Drummond. Daniel FEATHERSTONE
was born on August 1, 1831, and Janette was born on May 23, 1823. If you
come across any information that you think might be helpful to me, I sure
would appreciate it. Thanks!
