Oooops, sorry ... the name is spelled ZULUCRA, not Zulacra.

I am trying to discover the origin of the name Zulucra, if there is
any. Does anybody have any ideas?

It was used as a middle name for Effie Zulucra JOINER, b. ca 1860s in
Louisiana, USA.
