Any of the children that were born in Czechoslovakia but married here in the
U.S., may have a notation in American-side church marriage records the town
where they were born. That is how I found out where my great-grandfather
was born (a village in Preussen). At that point, I was able to order the
appropriate film from Salt Lake.
Not all church records will show it, but it may be worth a try if you they
were members of a church here, and if you know which one.
