David, I can't answer your question, but my husband's Fergusons are from
Hancock County Tennessee. He is the first one listed on this page:

His kit number is 72234. It would be interesting to see if your Y dna
matched his. We have two other matches on there and we're trying to fit
them together with genealogy right now.

I am David Ferguson, son of Dennis Dexter Ferguson who was born 1926 in
Sneedville, TN (Hancock County). His father, Wint Herman Ferguson was the
