Results are in for Dennis Martin Ferguson. His ancestor is Andrew
Devinney FERGUSON, b. 1826, Black Lick Township, PA and he falls with
Haplogroup I1c. His closest match is to Jeffrey Lynn Ferguson whose
ancestor Henry FERGUSON was born 11 Mar 1793 in Washington County PA or
in Scotland. The FTDNATiP™ Report states that the probability that
Dennis M. Ferguson and Jeffrey L. Ferguson shared a common ancestor
within the last 8 generations is 47%. Given that both have ancestors in
Pennsylvania sharing notes looks like a very good idea.
