The will of Edward MORTON who married Jane KERR and was mentioned with his
brothers and father in the 1761 KINAWLEY PARISH Records wrote a will dtd.
March 6, 1801 while he lived in Summerset Twp. of Washington Co., PA. It
was proved on March 16, 1801. In addition to his children the abstract
contains a reference to Margaret KERR wife of James ELLIOT in Ireland.

On the same page of the reference there is a will of Samuel ELLIOT or
ELLIOTT of Smith Twp., Washington Co., Penn. dtd. July 26, 1800, proved
Oct. 20, 1800 that mentions: wife Rebecca; nephew William WILSON; mentions
deed to James ROBINSON; executor: Henry GRAHAM; witness: Andrew RITCHIE and
William PATTERSON (Book 1, p. 411).
