Henry died 1874 and Violet had Emmanuel and Minnie M. after his death but gave them the name of Fitzpatrick. Emmanuel drove a taxi in Paintsville and had children by at least four different women. Some he married and some he did not. Emmanuel is buried on the cemetery at Paintsville along with Violet and Henry. Emmanuel and Violet has a marker but Henry does not. Emmanuel was serving as Deputy sheriff in the 20's and was involved in the raid on a moonshine still out toward Flat Gap - a Federal Agent was killed. Search the newspaper article for more information.
