Hi Trisha,
I believe we are talking about different graves in EVERGREEN Hillside. My
grave is Thomas Randolph Jennings, 1850-1911. He is in Lot #10, Section U.
With him are his wife Minnie Eugenia VanDuzer Jennings, their infant daughter
Minnie Eugenia Jennnigs, and his mother in law...Jane Brush VanDuzer.
Thomas' mother, Sarah F. Randolph, 1829-1864 is in RAHWAY PUBLIC Cemetery,
in Rahway NJ...along with her father Thomas F. Randolph, Jr 1800-1861. They
were Rahway, Woodbridge, Piscataway FR's...from the line of Nathaniel #2.
I was at both Evergreen and Rahway Public two weeks ago. To tell you the
truth, I did NOT look for FR's or Randolph's in Evergreen, so I have no idea
about the Sarah F. you found. I am sure they are NOT in my line, but you
never know with the FR's. All I do know is that Thomas Randolph Jennings is
from our FR line.
I would be very interested to see your web site, and or entries on
Evergreen. I am making another sojourn to NJ in September, to Somerset
County, Warrenville Township to the Mt Bethel Cemetery. I have early
Jennings (Jinnings) from the 1700's and early 1800's buried there, and I
would bet a big dollar there will be FR's. They are in almost ALL cemeteries
in Middlesex, Union, Essex, and Somerset counties. Rahway Public has a LARGE
Randolph group...none of which I can put together. They are NOT in the
Jennings-Randolph-Hewitt plot.. <A HREF="http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~grannyapple/NJCh-Cem/UnionCoNJRahway/RAHWAYcemHOME.html">Photo's Rahway Cemetery</A>
