Hello everyone,
I wanted to keep everyone informed on the search for John as I get the information. I have been in touch with a cousin of John's and here is what she had to say

Hello, Trisha,

No, not a word. I was just answering an e-mail from a nephew of his, Dan Rhymes. He was asking, also. I realize the Quarter was badly hit, but there are many dangers other than the waters.

Should you or anyone else hear, please let me know. A cousin, Cynthia Parish, had joined the search. She contacted FEMA, who promised to check on him, but I have heard nothing back from her. That has been 3 or 4 days.

So nice to hear that people are interested. We will keep trying. Cynthia talked with him on Sunday before it hit on Monday and he had elected to stay. Guess we will just have to wait..

Hopefully, it will be good news..let's keep trying.
