Speaking of support, Brother's Keeper has the very best support, constantly updated by John Steed, and the updates are always free - no need to by the latest version every year. As has been stated, the program is shareware, so no need to pay unless you are satisfied. Even though I neglected to pay John Steed for the first 3 years I used the program, he was always available by email to work with me on program suggestions or updates - don't be surprised if a problem or suggestion for improvement appears as an on-line update within a couple of days of bringing it to John's attention.
