Hi BGS! Sorry it has taken me so long to get the info about the book sale
and our meeting place for Nov. 12. Everyone I spoke with told me something
different; then AOL and RR quit in our house. (Sort of makes one speechless,
doesn't it?)
But I see Betty has posted the basics. We will be meeting on Nov. 12
(Tues.) in Room 2. The Friends of the Library will be cleaning up after
their weekend book sale, and we can assist by helping move all the leftover
books in Room 2 into Room 1. If you arrive before 9:00 a.m., use the side
door on Mulberry St. After 9:00 a.m., the front doors will be open as
usual.
Leftover fiction will be sent to Melbourne for a big, big book sale
later on--fiction left over from all the booksales together. The non-ficiton
is what will go in the dumpster I was told. Come on Sunday afternoon and
hunt for bargains when they are trying to clear out as much as possible.
Maybe reduced prices?
