i presume you are aware of the 1860 new river co fl census where you can find
your richard crosby, his wife lucy [isn't she a strix, dau of cain and mary
swilley?]and son, phillip a. on page 17, hh# 117. next door to richard crosby
is a wm. strickland whose wife is listed as visa. is this william a son of cain
strix and mary swilley? wasn't cain strix and mary swilley's dau, cicilia,
the 2nd wife of james f. b. mckinney? did cain strix and mary swilley's dau,
martha, marry berry crosby, the son of berry crosby and hatty?...next door to
berry crosby and hatty is alexander dyal and mary...isn't she a strix? this
likely raises more questions than gives answers...but will maybe generate a
statement or two from bradford researchers...
