If the Chronicle (INFINET) is your ISP, they sent INCORRECT instructions
re their phone number change!!!!

To facilitate our goal of upgrading your Internet access service, we will
be performing maintenance on the equipment that will necessitate minor,

early Wednesday morning, March 31. We have added phone lines recently and
will be adding more in future. This change will help us do that and
maintain the best possible service levels for our valued subscribers.

AFTER THE WORK IS COMPLETED - AT ABOUT MIDNIGHT TONIGHT (TUESDAY,
MARCH 30), YOU WILL NEED TO CHANGE THE NUMBER YOU DIAL FOR INTERNET ACCESS. "

The new number will be 453-5335 (in the (352) area code). THIS IS
INCORRECT!!!!!!!!

It SHOULD BE:

563-5335 (Crystal River)

"For a short time after the work is performed, both the old and new numbers

be active to be sure you have time to make the change.

Follow instructions below for CHANGING THE DIAL-UP PHONE NUMBER in your
surfer kit configuration:

*******WINDOWS 95/98/NT - CD SURFER KIT ***********

Double click on "Connect to the Internet" to dial in
After you are online, click on the "Configure" tab
Click on the "Number" button
Select "Florida", then "Crystal River" from the list shown
Click on the phone number shown in the right column
Click "OK"
Your dial up phone number will be changed. Your kit will dial this number
the next time you connect to the Internet.

**********WINDOWS 95/98/NT - DISKETTE SURFER KIT*********

Double click on My Computer.
Then Dial-Up Networking.
Now click the InfiNet icon, (or whatever your dial up icon is named),
with the RIGHT mouse button and select Properties.
You want to change the Telephone to 453-5335 WRONG!!

SHOULD BE: 563-5335

*******WINDOWS 3.1 - TRUMPET - DISKETTE SURFER KIT*******

Double click on the "Call InfiNet" icon. If it starts to dial press
ESC or click Cancel. If it is minimized at the bottom of your screen,
double click on the icon to bring up the Trumpet window. Choose the
Dialer pull down menu and select Edit Scripts. Click on login.cmd and
then choose OK. About 12 lines down there is a line that reads $number
="XXX-XXXX" You want to change the number inside the quotation marks
to 453-5335. WRONG!!
You are now finished so choose the File pull down menu
and select Save. Finally choose the File pull down menu and select
Exit. You are now ready to log in.

SHOULD BE: 563-5335
