Out of curiosity, I just checked the county recorder's site. There are 8
recordings for Archie and Dorothy SEITZMAN, including the recording of
Archie's death certificate in 1984, following the administration of probate
but not until 1998, prior to all this is warranty deeds, mortgage in
1974...satisfactions of mortgage in 1974 and 1984, an affidavit for Dorothy.
