Two thoughts --

Since you know the year of death (maybe date, too?), check with the
Hayden Burns library in downtown Jax -- they may be able to look up the
obituary in the Florida Times-Union or the Jacksonville Journal. Perhaps
the obit will give you names of surviving siblings, etc. If you're
really lucky, it might give more info about her family.

The other thought is that there are Page families still living in
Jacksonville -- I used to go to church with one Page family that lived
in the Ortega neighborhood. I'm drawing a blank now at his name, but
_____ Page was conductor of the symphony for many, many years in town
(in the 70s at least, I think). So, perhaps these folks are fellow
descendants of the parents of your Deloca Page? You might do a search of
local telephone directories and send letters of inquiry to them.
