What is the best way to obtain an obituary from 1981 in Jacksonville?

I am looking for Lydia Valdalie (Freeland) Rodeheaver obituary. She dies Feb 1981, and wa born Feb 1880, so was over 100 years old. Whe had been married to Joseph Ray Rodeheaver, and they were both from Preston County, WV.

I am interested in this information for genealogical purposes, and would appreciate any direction any of you can give me.
