you might contact the Genealogy Dept of the Jacksonville Public Library at (904)630-2409. the Evergreen Cemetery office is very helpful in providing information on burials. their number is (904)353-3649. They will also be able to tell you if other Garcia burials are at Evergreen.

Looking for information on how to look up Duval county records for Garcia
property in Mandarin Florida that appears on an 1885 survey of Duval County
made by Jacksonville Deputy County Surveyor J. Fras. LeBaron. The Garcia
property adjoins the Fairbanks and Hartley properties in Mandarin. A Times
Union obituary states "Edward V. Garcia, age 47, of Mandarin Florida died
April 19, 1915 at the home of his son in Jacksonville, Florida. He is
survived by two daughters and six sons, one sister Mrs. Camplejohn, and one
brother Captain George Jules Garcia of the Florida national Guard. Interred
in Evergreen Cemetery."
