A google search on Henrietta Cuttino Dozier turned up the following:

I also called Evergreen Cemetery on N. Main Street and Henrietta Cuttino Dozier is buried there in, Section A, Lot 209, access gate #5. You might want to contact Evergreen Cemetery at (904) 353-3649. If you go by the cemetery office at the main entrance to the cemetery, they will give you a map of the cemetery and locate the gravesite on the map. They are extremely helpful.

Will be visiting Jacksonville in a week and would like to check out
buildings that are still standing designed by Architect Henrietta Cuttino Dozier
(1872-1947). Also interested in her burial site or any information about the
woman who was born in Fernandino and grew up in Atlanta, Georgia.
