Has anyone experienced a takeover of a pioneer family cemetery though a
Florida Statute....F.S. Chapter 95.18?

It is believed this occurred in a central Florida county within the last few
years by a party maintaining or using the property for their own possession
for a certain period of time.

If your family has a cemetery that is overgrown, or not fenced, beware. Would
love to hear from you if you have had any experience with this.
