I don't know if we are related or not. My line goes back to John Floyd in Va, Morris Floyd, James Floyd N. C. who had a daughter Mary Floyd. Supposedly James died and his brother Gronow (Gronon) Floyd and wife Elizabeth. They came to Ms. and Mary was given permission by Gronow to marry Ellis Mulkey in Adams Co. Ms in 1807. As of this date Mary was a minor.
