Subject: Walton Courthouse construction?

Does anyone know how the construction job on Walton's courthouse is
going and whether or not they have moved their files temporarily? I am
getting geared up for another trip down and the last time I was down
they were anticipating having to move files, but being able to leave
them accessible to the public.
