Hello everyone,
I was just looking at the Irish page which is part of the World Gen Web
project, and upon doing a surname look up of surnames common in Ireland
by the 17th century, I noticed that besides having regular a Foster and
Forster, the names Ffoster and Fforster were also in the list. I'd
imagine these names are related, but does anyone know why the extra
"f"? I've never seen this before, but I'm fairly new at this as well.

Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think I've
forgotten this before.
