help.....so if you will please be patient with me replying to your
request.....I will do lookups from the following sources that I
have......now some of this is available on the internet....I realize this
so please do not post me with this info.....the reason why I am listing
these resources are that there are others like myself that do not have
internet access and can not afford it.....
