I'm not exactly sure yet, I just recently found his naturalization, which
mentions nothing about where he is from, only that he is Irish. I spent
quite a lot of time chasing a James Foster who was connected to Rev.
McMillian from Ireland>Penn. however he turned out not to be the right
James Foster!
