page. Does this help? Is your Eliz Reed the same as mine?

Ah, so near and yet so far. No, I don't think so. My Elizabeth outlived her
husband who died when their son was young, around 1900. Elizabeth died in
1916 in TN.

However, your information is very interesting. I also have Martins in my
family tree and recognize some of the same names (Joseph, Samuel, Martin,
William). However, mine were in VA (New Kent Co.) by 1700.
