Tom - Yours is the first Foster I've seen mentioned that was in PA. My
Foster grandfather was in NJ, but know that his father was born in PA. I
just dont' know where yet, but probably from the area around Philadelphia or
north of there. Sorry Vaughn, I'm not connected to any in MA that I'm aware
of - but you never know....
