Hello,

This is a bit of a long shot...but - my 3G Grandfather, Frederick FOSTER, was
b. 1793 KY. The best possibility for his parents but yet to be proved are:
George S. FOSTER and Deliliah SMITH in Christian County, KY. In the 1810
census, no names, are male, male(my Frederick?), female, ,male, male, male,
female, female. Your Septimus could well be one of those younger brothers.

I do not know of another FOSTER list.

Let me know if we are cousins.
