I am searching for information on Richard A. Foster. He was my grandfather. I believe he was born in one of the Southern States. He married Annie Blackwell and lived in Mississippi. He would leave for periods of time and Annie Blackwell would raise the family by herself. Rumor has it that Richard A. Foster had another family in Georgia. Does anyone have any information about Richard A. Foster.
