I've heard enough about Anthony. Does anyone know who Arthur is??? He was
born possibly Halifax Co, Va or NC. He was in some way related to John and
Isabel Foster because Isabel's husband, Harmon Holt administered his will in
1809 in Greene Co, Ga. Isabel and Harmon lived in Ogelthorpe Co., Ga. at
this time. There was an Arthur and Arthur Jr.

Any help is appreciated.
