Wayne and Georgann,
From the time and location, I'd bet my and your Foster's are related.
My Hugh Foster came to Mercer Co. in 1799. He was in Liberty Twp., which
borders Lawrence Co... He did not have a daughter named Ann, but there was a
Robert Foster already in Mercer. I have not been able to establish a
connection, Yet.

Later in my Foster line, Moore Foster b 1817 in Mercer Co., PA named a son
Emory.
His wife's maiden name was Millison, so I have never figured out where the
Emory came from. We may be onto something.
