Karen,
If you will go to Rootsweb then to Scotland Co. Missouri, John Slavin has
put up a site on church records, and in these church records there is a
church names Pleasant Hill which my husband's Grandparents, James and Mary
Foster started. There is a Hugh Foster in those records, along with many
others. I know that there is a Hugh Fosters buried in that cemetery also. If
you can't find it let me know and I will send you the link.
