I don't have an Otho in my Fuchs/Fox files.

My Jacob Fox was listed in the 1804 Voters List of Rush Creek Twp.,
Fairfield Co. He was included in the 1806 Tax List of Pleasant Twp., and
then in the 1820 and 1830 Census for Pleasant Twp.

His children that I have information on were all married in Fairfield Co:
1. Mary Ann aka Molly 1786 Berks Co., PA - 1858 Hancock Co., OH
m. George Burket bef 1811 Fairfield Co., OH
moved to Perry Co., OH 1816/17 then to Hancock Co., OH 1831
children: Jacob and Catherine

2. Jacob Jr. 1793 Berks Co., PA - 1863 Hancock Co., OH
m. Mary Flick 1821 Fairfield Co., OH
moved to Hancock Co., OH 1831
children: John, Jacob, Lydia, Sarah, Nancy and Solomon

3. David 1796 Berks Co., PA - 1867 Hancock Co., OH
m. Elizabeth Bartoon 1821/22 Fairfield Co., OH
moved to Hancock Co., OH 1833
children: Daniel, George, Sarah Ann, Joseph, Jonathon, Mary Ann and Susannah

4. (Mary) Elizabeth 1799 Berks Co., PA - 1881 Hancock Co., OH
m. John Flick 1823 Fairfield Co., OH

I have no information on George, John or Melinda. I am not even sure they
are children of Jacob Fox.

I don't know if any of this helps or just adds more confusion.
