The death certificate for John Wesley Fox should provide the information for which you are looking. This would be available in the county in which he died. These became mandatory in 1913, so you should be able to get back several generations on these alone. As recent as his death may have been, it generally will require a family member to obtain that information from most register of deeds offices.
