I have an ancestor whose birth place is listed as "Paris, FRANCE Tous Deux".

Can any one help me understand the meaning of "Tous Deux" in this context?

I am going to Paris this Spring and would like to do some family research, but I don't know where to start. Thank you for any assistance you can give me.
