The county search is designed such that ALL entries from a district
are reported in all counties that the district spanned (which we have
to explain to people from time to time when they find a district from
a neighbouring county included!)

According to the information I have;

Hambledon is in Surrey and Sussex, and doesn't cover any part of
Hampshire. If this information is incorrect, please supply details

Petersfield is in Hampshire and Sussex, and is correctly recorded as
such in the district table. If a Hampshire search fails to find
Petersfield entries, an example would be appreciated!
