Hopefully I can answer for the 1200 volunteers with 0 records against their name.
These 1200 volunteers are those with an ID on the system.
Records uploaded by either of the two Peters on behalf of a contributor will show against the totals for the respective Peter rather than that of the contributor. The several hundred contributors mentioned by Peter are not part of the 1200 volunteers identified by George.
