The algorithm that works out the page ranges has been improved to evaluate
more districts. The revised data is now available at
http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/district-page-reverse-map-index.html
and
http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/district-page-map-index.html

In particular 1892 Marriages June (the starting point for this thread) will
now be seen to have many more entries. Overall there has been an increase of
about 30% in the number of page ranges available.
