I think that my syndicate contact has gone away for the weekend as I can't seem to get any response, so I'll ask here.

When I checked to see my transcription information on my page I saw that a file was missing that I was sure I had uploaded a few days ago. So I uploaded again and received an error message, part of which follows below.
I checked my data with verify and there were some lines missing, which I have corrected. Was this the cause of the failure and what do I do now? In my shock =-O and haste I didn't get the e-mail address that I was supposed to contact.
