John/Judith,
I think we might be talking at cross purposes here.
The link John provided will show you all your uploaded files, but not which
of them are included within the searchable database.

If you go to
http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/db-latest.shtml
which you can navigate to from the home page by going to
Information, (Statistics)Transcriber Information
You will be presented with a list of all transcribers and the the number of
entries that they have included in the current database.

As far as I am aware, there is not a formal database update schedule. With
a following wind, they normally take place about ever four weeks. However
due to a number of problems the current update has been running for almost
four weeks (They normally only take about a week)

Once the update has compelted this will be reflected in the text below the
main button on the home page.
