Hello Everyone--This is my first time using your service and I just wanted
to thank you for all your hard work and much appreciated efforts.
I have to admit that it is somewhat confusing,even reading the
directions,filling in the blanks or not. For example---when they ask for a
death date/DOB but you don't fill it in if you're looking for a birth it's
kinda confusing. Or maybe it's just me. Could you have a "box" for comments
so that if we have extra info we could give it to you. In my case I know
when he was born and when he was registered which were in 2 different years.
Simple things like that which may help you. Just an idea. Anyway, thanks
again for all your determined hard work. Anne
