Oh dear, have I been rapped over the knuckles?
Seriously, I don't decide policy but contributions to this Discuss List can
influence changes to it if appropriate.
I was stating my personal views and where appropriate pointing out policy
statements as published on the FreeBMD site.
My past or future comments shouldn't prevent you or others posting
suggestions to improve FreeBMD.
I just wonder whether any of the pay subscription sites provide the facility
to link from a URL to the information in their database?
Shame on me for asking this question as I don't know the answer.

Steve,
I think that your very simple iidea would be a great thing. We discussed it
at our local history meeting last night - really smart and very simple
requests.
The responses from Allan and Jeff have been disappointing (Shame on them)
but it seems that you won't get your idea - shame on them! Son't think
you'll get these features though LOL. I have an idea on some simple changes
but Hello - no way am I putting it up here. LOL
