and further conversation about it, go to the FreeBMD-DISCUSS list which is a
better forum for discussing suggestions about the web site.

Many FreeBMD transcribers do so using scraps of spare time, as little as
half an hour a week on average, though it is probably better to start off at
a time when you will have a couple of hours within a few days to get the
hang of the extremely useful WinBMD software. Details of how to become a
FreeBMD volunteer are to be found by following the 'Join FreeBMD' link on
the FreeBMD home page, or links on search result pages.
