Hi Ian

There are five possible conditions

1) File has been transcribed and uploaded to FreeBMD and sent
to coordinator (No action, Complete)
2) File has been transcribed and sent to FreeBMD
only. (action required)
3) File has been transcribed and sent to Coordinator only.
(action Required)
4) File Allocated but not yet transcribed
5) File not Allocated.

For this you need the Coordinators record and the FreeBMD
record. Below is an example from my program. Trying to get 1902 ready for
01 JAN 2003

Read Assignments
file name is = stat02d4.html
Number of Assignments is 369

Number of uploaded Pages is 350
File 02d4-009 not sent to FreeBMD by 923 noddyshall P P
File 02d4-061 not sent to Derek by 383 deadpeople - -
File 02d4-062 not sent to Derek by 383 deadpeople - -
File 02d4-117 not sent to FreeBMD by 637 Rosebud - -
