Thanks both of you - thought that may be the case but didn't want to be
caught short. : )

We were using the range check for pulling down the whole quarter - I
could cope with one name studies - in a format that I could turn into an
excel file to work with.

So please -

I need file name , liked having the first record as it allowed me to
pick up complete misreading (like a file of Mashes not Nashes and those
who were putting ***** for every field or those whose 4 uploaded files
had different names but the same data), need transcriber and the and the
date uploaded is handy

Don't care how pretty it isn't.

I do feel it is important for the validity of the database - and
certainly to pick up wrong quarters , files not loaded when they are
supposed to be etc and catching errors earlier means most of the
transcribers do not continue to make the same mistakes .

Didn't find the district report much use - it flagged too many perfectly
valid districts .


And I always ask nicely : ) so please.
