Ah ha ... this is a bit nearer to a requirement :)

Most of the requests so far are about what we already have .. what I
need to do is to look at what you are doing with them, so I can find a
way of delivering it differently...

This requirement would be:

A list of the uploaded files for any specficied quarter
- Is this per user, list of users ? users in your syndicate ?
