Teri, Have you lost my email address again? :o) You know how much I love these little problems you keep sending me.

This is a fairly common problem which unfortunatly has a number of causes, for example it can be caused by people changing the default Output folder to somewhere else and then at a later time deleting the somewhere else (I've seen this done a few times with people changing to the A drive and then not having a floppy installed). If you ask this person to send me the file WinBMD.ini from their WinBMD folder I should be able to spot the problem.

Ian

Subject: Runtime Error In WinBMD

Hi Guys

One of my new trannies has filled in all the fields in the Header Input,
clicked on OK to transcribe and come up with a Runtime Error 5 which then
closes everything down - when re-opening, it says its recovering from the
error but crashes again

Can anyone help us please?

Hooroo
